What You Really Get When You Look For A Promo Code
Crown Perth does not use a classic online bonus code model. It is a land-based property in Burswood, Western Australia, and because of Australian federal rules, local brands cannot offer online casino play with digital bonus codes like offshore casinos do. So when people type in “Casino Crown Perth special promo code”, what usually turns up is split into two groups: hotel discount codes for Crown Hotels, and casino promos that sit inside the Crown Rewards loyalty system.
These are two separate products. Helpful to keep that in mind before chasing codes.
The verified Crown Perth related codes that are actually in play look like this:
| Code | Type | Discount | Channel |
|---|---|---|---|
| EVENT658897 | Corporate/Event Rate | Negotiated room rate | crownhotels.com.au |
| GPTWA | Guest/Tourism Rate | 10% off BAR + $25 breakfast | Crown Hotels booking |
| TRAVEL | Third-party aggregator | ~7% off | au.hotdeals.com |
| AVTRV | Third-party aggregator | ~45% off | au.hotdeals.com |
| AMYZEMPILAS | Third-party aggregator | Up to 25% off | au.hotdeals.com (exp. 21 Jun 2025) |
Codes coming from third-party sites are not released directly by Crown Perth. Their accuracy depends completely on how often the aggregator updates the listing, and that does not always happen on time. Before locking anything in, take a quick look at crownhotels.com.au and compare - a two minute check that often avoids problems later.
Using The EVENT658897 Code At Crown Hotels
EVENT658897 is set up for contracted events and specific partner companies. It unlocks a negotiated room rate across the three Perth hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade. It is not a general public promo, more like a corporate access code that occasionally moves through closed partner networks and event organisers.
To actually plug it in:
- Go to crownhotels.com.au, pick Perth as the destination.
- Choose your check-in and check-out dates, then hit “Add Code”.
- From the small dropdown, select “Rate Access/Corporate Code”.
- Enter EVENT658897 exactly that way - the system is case sensitive.
- Press “Search” and wait for the rooms to refresh on the negotiated rates.
- Pick a room category that appears under that rate and go through to the booking page.
- Add guest information; Crown needs guests to be at least 18 years old.
- If using a credit card, expect a 0.85% service fee on the final bill.
Standard blackout dates still apply. Not all room types will display under this code for every date, and bookings cannot be transferred - the name on the reservation has to be the person who checks in.
One general trick that often helps: when the code field refuses to show the right rate, clear your browser cache or jump into a private/incognito window and try again. Some aggregator redirects pass old session data that quietly breaks how the code input works.
Crown Rewards - Where The Real Casino Promotions Sit
All on-property casino promos at Crown Perth are run inside Crown Rewards, the venue loyalty program. There is no outside promo code to paste in. Members earn Crown Rewards points on spend for gaming and eligible dining, then those points can be converted into entries, benefits, or prize draws.
Right now, the main recurring casino promo is Spin to Win. It uses a points-per-entry setup, and weekday sessions are structured a bit differently from the Saturday cash draws.
| Session | Days | Points per Entry | Max Entries | Prize |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instant Win | Tue-Thu | 100 | 3 per day | Crown Rewards points, gift cards |
| Cash Draw | Saturday | 100 | 20 per day | Up to $10,000 cash |
Saturday draws run at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. Winners get to spin a prize wheel to lock in the final amount, so the $10,000 figure is a maximum possible payout, not a fixed guaranteed win every time.
To take part in practice:
- Visit the Crown Rewards desk on-site to get a Crown Rewards card. It sits inside the casino, close to the entrance near Crown Metropol. You can also begin the registration in the Crown app before arrival.
- Use your card when you play table games or electronic machines, or when you pay at participating Crown Perth restaurants and bars.
- Collect points - every 100 points corresponds to one entry you want to generate.
- Go to a VIK (Voucher Issuing Kiosk) on the casino floor and follow the screen steps.
- Print out the promo vouchers and drop them into the promotional barrels placed at Casino Stage, Riverside Room or Pearl Room.
- Be present for the advertised draw time so you are there to claim any prize.
The Crown Rewards service desk operates every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8:30am through to 2:30am. You can also reach the team on 1300 8 CROWN or by email at [email protected].
